Got my rewards for Sept-in Gemini-but now when I got to reward history for Sept it shows as 0 earned??

This is because your wallet is verified. We have an open issue to make it so that even verified wallets have this information recorded in the statements:

That said, for now, you can view your recent activity on your Gemini account for a record of your ads earnings.
