Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
1.enable G-sync
2.activate hardware acceleration on brave
3.open random youtube video in fullscreen, activate statistics for nerds, and let it run
Expected result:
after few moments the frames will drop and even cause the video to reload
you can see in the statistics how the framedrop count climbs exponentialy

1.8.90
Additional Information:
im running the latest nvidia drivers version, running on gtx 1080ti.
it also occured while i was browsing kickstart, the fullscreen mode was also chompy, with very low framerate and constant freezes.
i am alsow rocking 3440 X 1440 120 hz monitor…
