Can u please unblock some devices I have associated to my uphold wallet? Because of this I have swapped devices and now cannot move my BAT tokens to uphold wallet due to limit. I dont want to create a new account for this. Is there a way to update the list with my new 4 devices? I have already submitted a form following How can i remove device limit? - #3 by Herrvader but have not heard back from anybody. Can you please help me? Thanks.

Just so you know, it’s all back-end, so no updates or anything to do in order to get it.

You are trying to verify this device today? I ask because we’ve just removed the linking limit, so even having four devices already linked (or linked prior) should not matter.

After talking to Users and people at Brave, it’s been discovered that SOME people are still experiencing issues with their devices and are receiving the message stating they are at their device limit. Fortunately this is a very small percentage of Users, but they are working on finding and fixing the problem.
They are asking anyone who is still getting the Error: Device Limit Reached message to submit tickets at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so they…
That aside though, also keep in mind that Gemini and Uphold have some new regional restrictions. I’m not sure where you are located, but those changes might impact you.
For example, just today it was announced people from India can no longer connect to Uphold. India: Verifying Brave Rewards with Uphold temporarily unavailable
Also, there’s the Gemini limitations, where ONLY the countries listed in the Topic can link. If you’re not in one of those countries, you wouldn’t be able to Verify
with Gemini.
