PSA = Error: Device Limit Reached

After talking to Users and people at Brave, it’s been discovered that SOME people are still experiencing issues with their devices and are receiving the message stating they are at their device limit. Fortunately this is a very small percentage of Users, but they are working on finding and fixing the problem.

They are asking anyone who is still getting the Error: Device Limit Reached message to submit tickets at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so they can try to identify the cause and help get things resolved.

Thank you, I’ve submitted a request with the necessary information. Hopefully, they’ll fix it soon.
