Didn't recieve BAT Rewards

Says Payments are complete for Uphold and I didn’t receive my pay out for November. I can’t view what I had but I believe it was 2-3 BAT.

The exact same thing happened to me.

I raised a ticket and in the reply Brave responded by saying there was ‘irregular activity’ on my account. Additionally Brave stated: “We have reviewed the flag, and your Rewards profiles will not be reinstated. They will remain flagged.”

What am I supposed to think of this?

I know for certain that this is a false flagging as I didn’t do anything wrong, and I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary compared to other months. I have requested a review and for Brave to provide a real reason and details on what they thought was suspicious. I have not heard back from them yet.

Another note. Receiving payments from Brave has been a nightmare over the past few years where every few months a payment doesn’t go through and I have to raise a ticket for it to get fixed.

The excuse given to me seems like a lazy catch all reason to screw over a legitimate user and remove accountability.
Unless there is good evidence that something was wrong on my account (and I know there wasn’t) Then I am inclined to call this a scam operation.

Update: Today the problem was fixed and my funds were delivered.

What did you do to receive the funds after you received the mail mentioning your account being flagged? Same thing happened to me and got the same reply.

Do I create a new ticket? I did not receive any pop-up saying my acc is flagged. Iam still able to view ads and collect BAT. I just did not receive last months payout and when I created a ticket regarding this issue, I received a reply mail by Brave yesterday saying my profile has been flagged and it will not be reinstated.

I replied to the email received from Brave after lodging a ticket. I didn’t create a new ticket.
