How are you? I did not receive my bat payments from any device, on my mobile, desktop PC and laptop the message appears that “the rewards for May have already been deposited” but that is not the case, I have not received any. I am perfectly connected to Uphold in each case, I do not understand what has failed.

I have the same issue. The page said the BAT rewards were received on rewards section of browser, but nothing received in Uphold.
Do I have to do one for each device? or with the ID of one only one is enough?
@NPVT it is helpful if you provide the ID for each device, just to be safe. You don’t need to create separate tickets but instead just would provide the additional numbers in the Description
portion.
@Saoiray I was told that if your flagged that your no longer connected wallet witch my is Gemini and you would no longer get ads but I’m still connected and I’m still getting ads can you tell me why since Brave support sent me this email saying I was flagged and your Rewards profile will not be reinstated. It will remain flagged. Why

That usually means our systems noticed some irregular activity associated with Brave Ads. “Irregular activity” is activity that would be considered unusual compared to an ordinary person using Brave Ads as part of their overall, everyday browsing experience.
We have reviewed the flag, and your Rewards profile will not be reinstated. It will remain flagged.

@Doug1 To answer bluntly, I don’t have an answer for you right now. I do know that in the past, you would find our you were flagged because the browser would disconnect. So when you tried to connect to Uphold/Gemini again, it would advise at that point you were flagged. You’ll see with the more modern Rewards, you have no way to disconnect your Rewards from Uphold/Gemini. So I’m not sure if it will remain signed in regardless or if it does indeed still kick you off like it did in the past.
I haven’t seen anything shared on where notifications about Rewards being flagged are given either. I actually just sent a message to @chriscat to inquire on that, though will also tag @steeven as the two of them likely would be the best to provide details on how it’s currently letting people know accounts are flagged and how it should work.
That said, I do want to ask you…what ads are you seeing? Are you actually seeing notification ads or are you just referencing NTP ads and ads on Brave News? If it’s the latter two, those will continue to show, even if you have Rewards turned off or are flagged. Those have different settings to disable. It’s the push notifications that I believe are supposed to stop if you get flagged or if you turn off Rewards. However, I’m not sure if they would keep it running to be Creator Support Only
mode once flagged. Though if they do, there should be some sort of indicator to let people know it’s flagged.
@Saoiray I still see all the ads I was seeing before I was flagged notification ads. NTP ads and ads on Brave News. The hard part about using Brave now is them calling people cheaters in other words and saying that is why they are flagging them
Same, was sure I had 13 bat in my browser, but been checking uphold and nothing has shown up in activity or transactions. I normally get an email which lets me know, but nothing alas.
It’s pretty obvious at this point a large number of people did not get their rewards. Simply telling people to submit a ticket while staying silent about th is isn’t helpful. I have had my rewards pay out pretty reliably in the past and none of my devices (PC, phone) paid out this time. Hopefully Brave team has an answer.
agreed, at first I thought it was me but everything seems ok in rewards internals at my end. Let us hope this gets sorted, sooner or later.

This is bananas. I have been a user for 4 years and now they are flagging me on my devices when I’m hardly even on them. I responded but they ain’t responding and the lack of transparency is absolutely unacceptable.

i think this is a way from Brave to “scam” people.
I was flagged for around 3 months myself after years of using brave. It took a while to straighten out but using the ticket system and contacting @bravesupport on twitter worked for me eventually.
