Any updates on this? Rewards profile still flagged & Brave user since BETA

Briefly describe your issue:

It has been 21 days since opening a ticket and I’ve received no updates or fixes for the problem. My Profile is still flagged and going on missing BAT payments for 4 months now. I’ve been a Brave user since BETA days and have never done anything nefarious to cause this. A fix would be really lovely, an update at the very least. First payments drop from 30 - 40 BAT a month to 3 or 4 BAT a month and now this. SMH, What’s next?

@m4dpr0ph3ss0r did you make sure to check your email, including all of your Junk/Spam? I know @Evan123 stated at How to get help from Brave support and sharing Ticket IDs - #47 by Evan123 that he had been through everything prior, which included your ticket.

If they told you would be resolved, then you should be receiving the payment in the current payout and everything. In any case, I’ll tag @steeven on here too.

Yes, I have been through my inbox and spam filter. Just tried logging in no less than 5 minutes ago and my profile is still flagged. Cannot log in or reconnect Uphold to Brave rewards. The last reply I received in my email was on July 15 stating –

“Thank you for contacting Brave Support. Your case number for this ticket is 208109. We typically respond within a few days, some issues may take longer. We appreciate your patience.”

No follow-ups or fixes since.

Ok. I tagged the two primary support who can help resolve. Just keep in mind it’s currently the weekend and they don’t tend to work on weekends. So just give it a little more time. Hopefully they’ll get in touch with you during this coming week.

No problem. Just wondering since I tried linking again and it still throwing flagged. Thought should’ve heard something by now. Appreciate the help.

Was able to successfully link Uphold to Brave Rewards again. Will keep an eye out for the payments to drop. Thanks for the help in fixing the issue.

no payments also for 4 months , no support replies been a member for 2 years , scam now ?
