BAT disappeared from account

My rewards were showing $13ish pending rewards, as it never paid into my uphold account last month. This month on the pay date, it dropped down to $4ish pending, but nothing was deposited into my uphold account. I also never received any email to say it had been deposited. I had no button to claim. It just disappeared. Where would my payment have gone? I tried posting this earlier, but I got no support on it.
Nobody answered me, so I am trying again. Thanks

Hi @steeven . Thanks for replying. I am not 100% sure that it is the way I have it set up, but… no, I haven’t received anything as of yet.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!

Hi, I don’t know if it’s the same exact thing that happened to you, but what you’re describing literally just happened to me too, so I posted it here like you did, and now 40ish minutes later I checked again and they’re back, so yours probably will be too.
