Briefly describe your issue:
I haven’t yet received my BAT Payment for December 2022, it seems like Everything worked okay, Brave said the usual, Your BAT is arriving is x days, then Yay! your BAT has arrived! but the BAT never arrived into my Uphold account, I contacted Uphold support and was promptly told its an issue with Brave and I should contact them, though haven’t been successful if finding any contact support for Brave itself besides the Community Help, So my last option is to post here hoping someone else has faced this issue and overcome it

They replied basically saying, oh you got a double payment, check for the double payment.
Which was weird as I hadn’t even received a single payment for December led alone 2 payments.
Though frustratingly enough I cannot seem to get back to that support page without creating a second ticket, there’s no login area it seems, the email I received when I created the ticket only links me back to the main Support Hub same with the Email I received when I got a reply, which from there there’s no way to get to the Tickets Page led alone logging into the Ticket area, I wonder why they decided to make it so difficult to Access/Use the Ticket Portion of the support. Included the Email Reply states, reply to this email to add additional comments, yet 3 days later and still no response after they seem to have concluded their final decision for the issue that I’d received a double payment after I provided Transaction Details of the last 3 Months, the Email system could just be as jank as the Ticket system though, so who knows
That is my bad, I had gotten confused with the Brave Community Account and had Mistaken it for a Ticket area account… Oops I had just sent a second ticket also thinking something was going wrong with the email system >.< Seems to be one of those weeks, everything seems to be going wrong and seem to be getting overwhelmed XD
