Bat received in my brave wallet but not in uphold

Briefly describe your issue:
Issue :- I have received bat into my brave wallet for the month of July which arrived on august 8, but I did not received that bat into my uphold account although I had received payment in my uphold in past months.
I thought it might be late so I waited for long but now it’s itching my head.
Plzz do look into my issue I am afraid of not receiving payment in future too.

sometimes I do but only in incognito, so yes but rarely.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
