Tough luck. 1 week in and no response from the team. They’re dropping the incident like it never happened. Tells you how much confidence we should put in this product.

Well I finally made an account here. I too have not gotten my reward of a little over 4 BAT as well. Fully up to date on everything, verified since Jan 2020. First time I have ever had a problem.

try to DM saltybanana and steeven, that worked for me to contact them.
And when you contact them, use this template to speed up troubleshooting…
- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals)- Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version)- A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards

I’ve have everything set up since November. I’ve never once seen a payout and I’ve had two posts be completely ignored and one with a response that didn’t do anything.

I got a response from a Dev asking for more info. I STILL have not been paid out from December as of yet.

I got paid! Yesterday mid-day. According to Devs they have to resend failed payouts manually, after getting stuck or failing. I’m still waiting on more information about what exactly happened. I got my full payout too.
