Same thing started happening to me today. Can’t remember if it happened yesterday, but have been struggling with it constantly today. wtf happened?

Hello?? Is this not a forum where support is available? This has pretty much made Brave unusable, so I’ll need to switch browsers unless it’s addressed.

I opened a github issue for this see the discussion https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/29074 unfortunately, this community wouldn’t help with this issue so I took it upon myself to open the issue

Thank you for opening the GitHub issue. I will have to remember to go straight to GitHub for future bugs.

Thank you. I didn’t realize this wasn’t a forum where support could be found.

Thanks @NoChillAustin ! Downloaded the nightly build and waiting for spylogsster to “uplift the fixes to the release channel” and Brave QA’s them

As a tedious, and ultimately untenable workaround you can control-click on the selected text and get a dropdown menu whose Copy command works.

The next Brave update is supposed to have a fix.
