Since beginning of this month, I did not receive any ads. So I tried to disable/enable rewards settings but after disabling it I could not manage to enable it. It did not switch to on. Can somebody help?
My wallet is verified.
I have been able to successfully receive paymants in the past
I am not using VPN
Anybody please help me?

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu → About Brave)?
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region ?
For me the problem first appeared on the 24th of october when I noticed that I hadn’t recieved any ads for the last 7 days. So the problem persisted since the 17th of october (maybe an update to the browser?).
I tried to turn the Ads off-on and since then the problem is still present.
This is the rewards-tab now and as you can see I can’t turn on the ads:
If you look closely you can see a short flickering and it shows this:
I looked into my brave://rewards-internals/ and found these error messages:

I have been using the rewards system since march 2021 and therefore I have collected some BAT:
If you need any further information please let me know. Also I’m not sure if it would be helpfull/safe to share my ‘‘Promotions’’ section in brave://rewards-internals/.
I don’t have a Gemini nor an Uphold account. Is there any option to create a new brave wallet for the rewards and add the existing tokens to it?
If you have any idea on how to fix this I would really appreciate your help!

@FireDragon thank you for this detailed explanation since I did not know how to do that. Difference from your history, I was using uphold account and It was connected to Brave. When I was trying to connect my wallet to Brave, It said “trying to connect to your wallet” but Brave could not perform action. Beside, when I checked from Uphold, I can see Brave is connected to my wallet?
I tried to disconnect from Uphold account and re-connect it but I faced with above problem. I hope somebody guide us to solve it. Thanks!

I changed my laptop for a reason and after installing Brave on it, I can successfully use rewards.
So that, It is clear that this problem related with user profile on windows. Try to change your profile and test it.
This happens when the wallet is nuked. I dont know if this can happen by just using brave. But if you cant activate rewards, it means you do not have a wallet on your computer.
You can fix it by deleting everything in the default folder located here:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default
On Linux, you have to find it manually. i dont use Linux.
and after you start brave again it will create a new wallet.
If you for some reason had shown any BAT, those will be gone. But if you had no wallet, any shown BAT dont exist anyways.

I was able to activate my rewards again without any resetting and now I have a new wallet id.
My old tokens are still there and everything seems to work normal again. Ads are showing up as well.
