Brave Browser display bug when window maximized on Fedora

Description of the issue:
Brave does not display properly when double clicking or dragging brave browser to the top of the screen to full screen Brave browser.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave Browser
  2. Double click on top bar / drag to the top of OS screen / click Maximize button

Expected result:
Take up full screen normally

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.77.95 Chromium: 135.0.7049.52 (Official Build) unknown (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
Yes

Additional Information:
I am on Fedora 41 using KDE with Wayland. This is the Flatpak installation.

I wanted to duplicate this issue exactly as it is still occurring 2025-04-02.

Any solution besides disabling Hardware Acceleration?

Graphics performance to consider:
