Description of the issue: Every now and then Brave title bar rendered incorrectly on a maximized window
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Close Brave when the main window is not maximized
- Open Brave agaim
- Maximize the main window. Most of the time everything works fine, but there is about 30% chance that the window would be rendered as if there is a free space above the window, but mouse input is processed as if the window is indeed maximized. So, moving pointer to a place where the title bar buttons should be placed leads to them being highlighted (see the screenshot). So, the window reacts to input as it should, but rendered incorrectly.
Expected result: Main window should be rendered correctly
Brave Version: 1.70.126
Additional Information: Fedora Linux 40, KDE Plasma 6.2.0 (the same behavior observed in 6.0 and 6.1), Wayland session, NVIDIA GT 1030 GPU with a proprietary driver v.560.35.03.
