BAT token dissapear

Hello.

I have some BAT as you can see

Last month I had 2 o more, but suddenly dissapear. What you see is what I have this month.

When I check the wallet i see no activities

There is something I do wrong?

That rewards summary has never worked for me, but you still successfully get paid on the 5th of the month. That has been the way for me at least. So your ETA of 0.98 estimated earnings will probably pay out next month, hopefully even more by then, but yeah for some reason the summary never updates. Idk why for some people it works and not for others.

but where are my BAT tokens?

if i check uphold wallet, the aren’t there.

Have you ever had BAT transferred in uphold yet? If you just started, you won’t see the BAT updated in Uphold until they pay you after the 5th of the month, lets pretend its May 29th right now, by then you should see your 0.98 current bat in Uphold and your earnings so far will go to 0 as you are starting fresh for the new month.

No I havent.

I been collecting BAT since Jan o Feb. I think two times desappear, and in Uphold i dont see any BAT

the only thing is that my verification in uphold is still pending…

I collected over 163 BAT and after syncing with uphold it was removed from my wallet and Brave doesnt appear to be helping me out at all. I opened a ticket and have messaged two of them and they do not ever respond.

I’m having a similar problem. This month i’ve watched more than 100 ads. It happened that my counter suddenly started over and all the previous earnings i had disappeared, but the viewed ad counter remained, as you can see below. Please check and respond what could have happened

I don’t think my tokens were gone to contributions because this feature is disabled

I opened my browser today and now it’s not showing any of my previous rewards for the last three months. It’s been set back to zero. I only had about 16 bat in my account so I haven’t been allowed to verify my wallet and set that up. And I don’t have auto contributions turned on either.

I’m also having this problem. Has anybody found any solutions?

Heya, I have a Question for you, have you changed the Uphold’s BAT Wallet’s Name?

Same here… totally pissed at Brave and Uphold… been telling all friends to start using Brave, now I tell them to deinstall it… who know what kind of bugs and security issues are still in the code!

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
