All of my BAT is missing after linking to Uphold

This is my second thread since no one replied to the other one. I posted on Reddit looking for help and my thread was removed. I messaged one of the staff here and they didn’t reply back either.

How am I supposed to get support when all of the channels have no response?

All of my BAT disappeared after linking with Uphold. I had 100+ BAT in my wallet and none of it is in Uphold. Uphold said I need to contact Brave to have them figure it out. I have proof that I received all of the BAT from the internal logs or whatever.

What do I need to do to get these back?

Same happend to me. No respond from Brave Support for weeks! My BAT is still gone, over 100 BAT!

The same has happened to me, and I can’t figure out how to recover it. I also posted on Reddit, but no response there either. :’(

it is possible the same thing happened to me… Just as I set up Uphold and verified my 2 browsers (may 7th) now I’m at 0 BAT and haven’t received any payout for April

Same for me , after linking with Uphold , my bats disappeared…

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
