All of your prior balance should be packed up and sent over. It’s very well possible you’ve had a bit of a delay because we were in the middle of the big payout as you did it. That’s only a guess/assumption and I personally have no way of knowing.
My general advice would be to give it another week, since they do still have payments processing. However, it won’t hurt you to send a DM to @steeven and @Mattches with your Wallet Info that you can find by going to brave://rewards-internals as well as a description that you just verified your wallet last week and don’t see it in your account yet, that it’s showing 0., (Send them a Message/DM, don’t post it here. Doing so creates a ticket for you)
When they get a chance, they can try to check things on their end and do their best to make sure it gets over to you as quickly as possible.
NOTE
Since you just verified with Gemini, I have to make sure to mention that you make sure you did KYC/AML. In other words, to make sure you have checked your emails and sent them all documents they request. Also make sure your profile has all of your information, including your full residential address and all. I’m assuming you did this and are saying it’s part of being verified, but it helps to mention just in case you didn’t.
