I Was told i was getting my missing rewards this Month, but Gemini payments are complete and i'm still missing 10+ Bat

Briefly describe your issue:
3 Months Ago, when linking my Wallet to Gemini, 9.7 Bat + that Month’s rewards just went missing, Logs say “Promotion Claimed”, but logs also show no transaction.

My account was “flagged” (for no apparent reason), i couldn’t earn bats for the month of December.

I Was repeatedly told that my issue was solved and my Rewards were going to arrive with February Payouts, but February came the only Bat i got was the ones i got during the month of January, which is nowhere near the 10+ Bat that disappeared from my account.

This has been going on since Dec 16, i have reached out multiple times, and as i’ve emphasized repeatedly, i just want my goddam Bat, i don’t care for future Rewards until i got what went missing, which was worth 8 Months worth of Ads.

Now i’m really getting frustrated with all of this, my issue is not solved, it hasn’t been at all, everything i asked from the start was my Bat back, and all that was solved was being allowed to earn Bat again.

Now that this is reaching 3 Months, and a lot of posts.
This is a really bad image of for a Service that promises Payment for Ads.

Yes, this month, but missing bat are from before this.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
