My assets on Polygon(Like ZKP, Matic) don’t show in my brave wallet, they stay pulsing-greyed out like they are loading but it never goes away. Not sure what to do?

Thanks, I’ll try that, I did reset the wallet and then Matic showed up but still no ZKP, will try adding it. How do you update the wallet to the latest version?
Ok I have tried adding ZKP as a custom asset but the “add” button doesn’t light up, and I can’t click it…I double checked that its the correct address.
Only thing I can see that mismatches the contract is the token name. It is called “Panther”. But that should not prevent the button to be active.
Is there any space an the end of the values?
No spaces. I’ve tried Panther, ZKP, $ZKP, doesn’t seem to work any way. Is “private key” the 12 words?
The bigger issue here is one of my accounts, the one with ZKP in it, has vanished from my Brave and MetaMask wallets. I have the account address but cannot see it, I’m really getting exhausted from this absurdly complicated wallet stuff and wish i could have kept these assets on Bitrue.
Also I think that missing account might be connected to my Ledger, could that be why it doesn’t show?
I don’t know what you mean with account.
Brave Wallet, Metamask, Ledger are all wallets. Each wallet is identified by an unique address. There are no accounts in a wallet, just the wallet itself.
When you transferred from Bitrue, where did you transfer to? To which wallet?
Can you see your transaction in https://polygonscan.com/ ? Was it successful?
Can you see your wallet in https://polygonscan.com/ ?
If you can see your wallet in polygonscan, then you can see if your funds are there.
Yes, private key are the 12 words. They are used to recover a wallet.

That “Accounts” is misleading. There are no accounts in blockchain wallets.
Question 1)
Do you have the address of the wallet that you owned in Spring? If so, you could view it in polygonscan and check if the funds are still there.
Question 2)
Do you have the recovery phrase of the wallet you owned in Spring? If so, you could create a new profile, restore the wallet and see if it contains your funds.
But doing one or the other, you could easily find out if the wallet you are seeing now is the same or a different one.
if it is the same and your funds vanished (which I doubt) then polygonscan shows when and where they were transferred to.
If you do not understand what I am referring to, I would suggest that you spend few minutes googling about blockchain and how wallets work before the next steps. That would make your life so much easier.
I do have that address, and the funds are there when I checked on Polygonscan.
I’ve already reset the wallet once, the address still doesn’t show.
What I’m trying to say is I have done nothing with this one Brave wallet in months, I last opened it in march 2022 and now in November assets and addresses are missing.
How do I create new profile and restore the wallet?
I don’t understand why I can’t just add this missing address back into the wallet.
