$350 in BAT disappeared from my browser wallet

I made a post on august 29th about this but it was never resolved so I’m gonna make another one in the hopes I can get this sorted out.

Anyways, I’ve had brave for a few years and I’ve accumulated a bunch of bat that I had sitting in my browser wallet. For whatever reason, it all just disappeared from my wallet. I went from having $350 to having zero overnight. I have it linked to uphold and I checked if it drained there but it didn’t. I didn’t transfer it out or anything either so I’m sort of at a loss for what happened. It’s especially irritating because of how well BAT is doing right now. If mine didn’t disappear I’d easily have over $1000 in BAT in my wallet. If someone from the support team could help me restore my wallet I’d really appreciate it because this is a huge bummer.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
