I use my ipad a lot for watching Youtube with Brave Browser.
Sometime in the last weeks I have seen it more and more that when I close a tab where a video is playing, the audio keeps playing and there is no way to stop it besides killing the browser
Is anybody else seeing this?
I have an iPad Air with the latest iPadOS version.
I have the same problem. It’s a real nuisance. Even just closing the YT tab does not work.

The issue describes that background audio is on and a Javascript alert was shown. Neither of them are the case for me. So I am not sure it’s the same.
