Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Start a YouTube video (happens on other websites too)
- Pause the YouTube video
- Go away from that tab, either switch to another tab, open a new tab, go to Home Screen, or turn device off
- Video will start playing in background, causing audio to be heard and your spot in the video is lost.
Expected result:
Video will stay paused

It is really annoying, the only way to solve this is to either close the page when stopping a YouTube video, or pausing it after switching using the system wide media controls.
