You Are Currently Off Line

Running the latest Brave.

It seems to happen only on Facebook.

My Mac is hardwired and not using WiFi. It doesn’t happen in Safari or any other browser with Facebook. I deleted the previous version of Brave thinking it might have been some corrupt file or data but that isn’t the case.

I think I found the problem. I has to do with proxies that a VPN I have and hardly use. It seems that when I restart my Mac the proxies settings are loaded without the user consent. Turning them off has stopped the “You are Currently off line” warning popping up.
