Brave shutting down after upgrading to MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1

I just installed maOS Sonoma 14.6.1. Now when I try to open the Brave browser, it immediately starts to open and then closes. Is there a fix to this?

@Shawbridge, is the version of Brave you’re using one that was already on the device before the upgrade, or is it a fresh install? Either way, could you try going to https://brave.com/download/ and installing it on top of your current version to see if that resolves the issue?

Good suggestion. It was installed earlier. So, I reinstalled from the link you provided. Unfortunately, the browser shuts down shortly after opening.
