Www.belastingdienst.nl isn't loading

Description of the issue:
The website www.belastingdienst.nl is not loading, it says it can’t be reached., but in chrome or another browser it loads normally

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I tried it manny times in the last month, it is the problem of the browser

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

OS: Widows 10 pro version 1903
Version 1.2.41 Chromium: 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Can you confirm this is still happening? Site loaded fine from a NZ IP. Can you test from a VPN?

I also consistently experience ERR_CONNECTION_RESET with www.belastingdienst.nl. The site does load in incognito mode, so I suspect it’s one of the built in extensions.

It does load in different browsers and on my phone.
