Dutch government website doesn’t load as if internet connection isn’t present.
Error shown: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
How can this issue be reproduced?

can you check with other browser as this type of error happen to me when something blocking me to access the site
Website loads fine using Chrome and Firefox.
could you disable all extension and try in private mode
