Why tip not received to my uphold wallet but it shows the count?

Hi,
I am using brave since May 2020 and I have a verified youtube channel and I received tip as 12 BAT. But nothing is showing in my wallet but the count only shows.

What is the issue and how to get the bat to my wallet.
