I have no idea how or when this happened, it could’ve been some updates ago, or maybe it happened after creating a new profile?
Also, guest windows and my second profile still have the default orange accent.

Can you try disabling all of your extensions? If that solves the problem, the next steps would be to enable each extension one by one, and seeing which one causes the issue.
Hi @Aa-ron, I tried disabling all of my extensions and flags, then resetting the browser, sadly it doesn’t seem to work
