Any colour I change my personalized colours in Windows Settings to, Brave adopts that colour for its accent colour.
This includes the downloading bar when a file is being downloaded, the pin 
outline (but it stands straight up like 
) when the Extensions button is clicked, and clicking ‘View site information’ and the slider bars/buttons when enabled.
This is really f— creepy. I did not allow any setting for Brave to ‘know’ my personalized colours. I noticed it over two weeks ago so I know it’s not because of the 1.51 update. I only got the ‘What’s New’ notification in Brave today which is when I opened it and I guess that was when the browser updated, (I didn’t select that either, it updated on it’s own.)
It’s creepy and odd. If Brave is using accent colours, then please get your own feature. I thought I covered up every privacy issue in the browser for myself, I don’t know how this slipped through, and that’s probably what is the worst.
How can this issue be reproduced?
(Make sure Brave is closed. The colour will not change when Brave is opened.) Go into Windows Settings → Personalization → Colours → and change the colour to something OBVIOUSLY different to what you have currently.

Open Brave in public and private windows.

Open a website in both windows.
Expected result:
You should see the accent colour has changed with the change in Windows Settings. The colour might be a little off, for example yellow looks a little orange in Brave as an accent, but it’s clear enough that it’s changing when you change the colour in windows settings. (That’s why I said to change it to something obviously different. Red to Blue for ex.)

Additional Information:
-I always clear all information before I close all windows.
-Make sure all Brave windows are closed before reproducing the issue.
-For some reason the ‘New’ square next to Performance is white when it should be yellow, but then it changes to purple with everything else.
-I changed my Personalized colours again, and to bright green, and again, the pin next to my Extensions is a muted green.
