Where can I download the last version of Brave to work with Windows 8.1?

I reset a friend’s old Windows 8.1 laptop to factory and now I can’t get Brave reinstalled. The installation fails with the message “No update available”, but I am trying to install Brave, not update it. It seems that support for Windows 8.1 was sunset as of v1.47.x. Where can I get the last release that supported Windows 8.1?

Edit: I looked on Github and went to page 100 on releases (the last page available) and the last version there is v1.52.23.

(My intent was simply to mention a Chromium-based browser compatible with Win 7 that is still in active development and substantially safer than Chromium 109, albeit not necessarily with the latest Chromium build.)
