@riin4 it looks like the issue may be specific/related to HD video content. When testing, SD videos played just fine, but HD videos displayed the exact error you’re describing. I’ve opened the following issue on our Github here for or devs to review:

It appears that HD video content will not play in chats in the … Whatsapp web application. When trying to do so, the site throws a basic error:
Of note, SD videos play without issue and, during testing, it appears that sometimes you can refresh the page and the HD video might play. This behavior does not occur in other browsers.
