But actually I’ve already have it ! And then it returns all the time when I try switch on vpn.
@Mariia75 it helps if you would provide more details. For example, how did you register for the VPN? It is handled differently on Desktop vs Mobile. So if you haven’t done so already, you need to link the accounts. It sounds like you perhaps paid on your iPhone and never linked it. Then you’re trying to login on Desktop which doesn’t have a valid subscription going.
