Not able to restore VPN subscription on Brave VPN web

I’ve subscribed to VPN using iOS brave app with my Apple account and I still can see the valid subscription on my Apple account subscriptions, but I can’t see my VPN subscription on web account. And I use the same email address.

We have detailed steps on how to connect your mobile Brave VPN subscription to PC/macOS. Please see below:

Since your purchased Brave VPN on your mobile device you will need to connect that subscription to your Premium account (account.brave.com) which I will leave instructions here:

  1. Launch Brave on your mobile device
  2. In Brave, navigate to Settings → Brave Firewall + VPN
  3. Tap the Link purchase to your Brave account option on this page
  4. You will then be redirected to accounts.brave.com – tap Connect my subscription now to add your existing subscription to your account.brave.com account. Be sure to use an email address that you will remember and have access to.

Do you have the Brave VPN button enabled on your PC/macOS? If you do not, you will need to follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to brave://flags
  2. Search VPN and set to enable
  3. Relaunch the browser

You should find the VPN button on the top right. When you click on it, you will get a drop down that will ask if you want to purchase Brave VPN or ask if you already purchased Brave VPN.

And you can follow the instructions below:

  1. Launch Brave on your desktop device
  2. Click on the VPN button
  3. Select ‘Already purchased VPN?’
  4. Log into your Brave Premium account (Same email you registered with account.brave.com)
  5. Find the Brave VPN Subscription plan listed under Your plan subscriptions
  6. Click on the Refresh Brave VPN button

Hello, I’m having this same issue - purchased VPN on Android.

I’ve previously been able to see the VPN options on MacOS but now I’m not seeing them, I see the “Start free trial” option.
I have logged into my Brave account as suggested in the steps above but there is no change after clicking refresh Brave VPN button.

Deepest apologies for the long delay. Confirming if this is still an issue?

So I had to press the refresh button that is in the account page. Maybe there should be a notification that tells us to press that button since I just pressed it by chance and it fixed the issue.

Refreshing seemed to have solved the issues.
