Have a VPN plan on desktop but unable to activate it on mobile (iOS)

Please provide us with the following information


**Type of device (iPad pro, iPhone 10, etc): iPhone 12

**iOS version ( Settings --> About --> Software Version ): 16.5

**Detailed description of the behavior:
I subscribed to the VPN plan on my desktop (Macbook Pro 2021, Ventura 13.3.1) but I am unable to activate it on my Mobile, although I followed the detailed process mentioned here
The issue I face is that when I try to log in through the Brave app to my account and get access to the overview of my current Plans, I click on the link provided by email for the login but the page loads indefinitely, and I am unable to complete the process (I am basically stuck between steps 2 and 3 from the process described in your support page).
Is there any solution to this?
I am not sure whether I’d maintain my subscription if I’m only able to use it on the desktop.

No need for it, in the end I cancelled the subscription and went with another VPN provider that was cheaper. Thanks anyway for the support, I’ll keep using Brave as my main browser as it’s pretty awesome!

Please open the Brave browser on your device and depending on if you are using mobile or desktop, navigate to (mobile) settings > Brave Firewall + VPN to select “Contact technical support” or (desktop) Click on Brave VPN in the navigation bar and then Settings to click “Contact Technical Support” to send us a ticket so we can formally assist with linking your subscription to another device.
