Uphold Verification Solution

Hi! I would like to know if the verification of the wallets that the “Uphold” and “Gemini” BATs are deposited will be resolved ? .
My uphold account until today was normal on my PC, but out of nowhere it disconnected and now the verification is in a pending status.
A few days ago I got in touch with Uphold to solve this problem on my cell phone, as it didn’t have a verified account (pending), and the company got back to me saying that the problem is Brave who has to solve it, because my data and verification with it is normal. So is there any prediction of a solution to this problem by Brave? or we users in Brazil will no longer be able to receive our BATs?

Correct, Brazil is currently still unsupported. They had been hoping/planning to add Brazil again last week. In fact, Brave said they had things resolved on their end and was waiting for Uphold to complete some maintenance on their side and to “turn on” some things so those connections can go through. Unfortunately that doesn’t seem to have happened yet.

Hopefully it will be very soon. Unfortunately there’s no exact date we can give you.

Im from argentina and im currently having the same issue… Tokens are missing… uphold doesnt have them the brave browser says they already deposited… No excuses are enough when our funds get missing

It was a joint decision but primarily made by Brave. And to repeat what I answered to you in my last reply, person from Brave said last week that Brave had finished things on their end and was waiting for Uphold to enable some things on their end.

It’s been almost a week, so who knows what has happened in the interim. Just keep an eye out here for updates. I constantly provide updates when we know anything over at PSA: Unsupported Region

As to Brave’s last official announcement regarding Brazil:

It’s upsetting because they had last said anything here on the 19th and have not provided any official updates for anyone since. What was said to be just a “few days” has been a little over 3 weeks. The hope is they get it resolved here very soon.

Ok Saoiray, thank you very much for your attention and I will wait for things to be resolved, as I have been using brave for two years now and I can tell you that the BATs for me are one of the best things about the company’s program.
