Unable to Ctrl + Shift + V in Google Docs

When using Google Docs, the Ctrl + Shift + V shortcut does not work; it works as Ctrl + V does instead. I have to manually right click and select "paste without formatting’

The site works normal when using Chrome.

Ctrl + Shift + V works on other websites that have formatting (Gizmo.ai)
