Servers prolly crashed under the weight of all the people trying to do this 
I added some crypto then withdrew again and then it promoted you to take another photo then allowed the transfer, but still canāt connect. I saw another post suggesting to allow cookies, I did this and even took brave shields down but still same error
Iām having the same issue. windows 11, in supported region, uphold account verified (in uphold wallet is shows brave browser connected, but on brave browser it is not connected), cleared cookies, brave browser updated.
KYC_required is not listed for me. my uphold account is verified for years now (KYC etc with uphold)
Same thing for me. I canāt withdraw and Having the same issue.
So Uphold has released the money back to my bank account but there was no secondary verification prompt

+1 to not be able to link a vetted and verified uphold account. Ive tried fully logging in etc. I am fully verified - did the selfie on my phone etc. Got emailed from uphold saying I am good to go.

I can confirm the browser is verified within uphold or linked in uphold but nothing else working. I have multiple brave browsers accross a computer and a few phonesā¦
Looks like it fixed itself. Now shows balance on uphold from my first device.
Not sure if I did something or the back end kicked back in but I now see a balance from the one PC and see this error message now.

This now appears to be fixed accross my devices - however I will now need to figure out why I have not received ads revenue since about April 2023 until now.

Just letting people know, that for some people, when you get into the uphold dashboard, it may say you are verified, but if you click the āmoreā button on the left-hand side, there may be a notice that you need additional documents. Try checking each section. That was why I couldnāt verify my account. After I uploaded an additional selfie and updated my SSN (donāt know why I needed to update it), then I was able to connect my account.
