Description of the issue:
I have updated Ubuntu from 22.04 to 24.04.
I’m using KDE Plasma.
After many unsuccessful tries, I could finally add my laptop back to the sync chain - before it was added but not sync-ing.
The issue is that, after initially pulling all the passwords and settings and everything else, now the passwords are not getting sync-ed anymore.
Inside brave://sync-internals/ , at the “Password” field, I see:
Passwords 1520 1520 Error: CleanupPasswordStore@components/password_manager/core/browser/sync/password_sync_bridge.cc:1181, datatype error was encountered: Failed to get encryption key during database cleanup. Failed
I am pretty sure that the issue is with the KDE Wallet mess…
