Ubuntu 20.04 Server, MATE, Brave does not Unmaximize

Description of the issue:
After install, Brave only allows to window states: minimized or maximized, not unmaximized.

Firefox, Opera, Chrome on same platform does not have the issue.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Open Brave Window
  2. Try to find Unmaximize Icon in right top of Window- it is not available.
  3. Try to find same option in pull down menu - same.
  4. Try to use mouse drag on window - it does not work, window stays maximized

Expected result:
I can unmazimize window into an adjusatable area of the screen

Ubuntu (Server) 20.04 LTS, Mate desktop, V1.12.114
No other issues found so far

I like everything about Brave, but if not fixed, this will make me not use Brave, as user unfriendly
