Trezor Bridge 2.0.27 broken with Version 1.21.73 update

Description of the issue:
The update today stops Trezor bridge ver 2.0.27 working as expected.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

1.Attempting to sign and TX via metamask for a Uniswap trade will reproduce the results.
2.On bridge page popup the message (Inactive device. Click to activate. The device is used by another application) appears. Clicking the warning message causes the popup to close and the transaction to fail.
3.Trezor password manager extension fails to work also.
Click on the sign in with dropbox link, the page either doesn’t show my device as an option or I get a popup with an error message telling me I don’t have the bridge installed linking me to the Trezor download page which detects the bridge as installed.
As of this edit I am still unable to get the password manager to work as expected.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:

Bridge page should work as usual and allow you to enter your security pin then passphrase to ok the transaction on your device.
Trezor password manager extension should be able to connect to my device.

Reproduces how often:
Just spent 2 hours with this continuously being an issue.
Tried removing the bridge software multiple times with reboots after fresh installs

Issue is not happening using the current version of chrome.

I’ve just now managed to get the bridge to work. Not certain what cleared the issue up for me.

Hour later made one TX now the bridge fails again as in the example above.
Click on click to activate. Popup closes and tx fails

Following… getting similar issue, just starting today.

It’s working fine on Chrome though… so reverting to Chome for now.

Hope this gets fixed on Brave soon.

Having a very similar issue it looks like. It won’t register that my bridge for Trezor is installed.
uninstalled and reinstalled bridge driver. Restarted computer. Cleared cache and cookies, in a variety of orders.

I did notice that when I was on https://wallet.trezor.io/#/bridge it tells me that there is no bridge installed. But if I turn off the Brave shields it recognizes my bridge and sees that it is up to date.

I turned off all the shields for Trezor’s websites, but no luck. Still tells me to install a bridge.

Hoping this is resolved quickly.

@LowPing23,
Thank you for recaching out. This is due to a known issue, captured here:

We have a hotfix for this issue already in the works, so you should expect to see this resolved in quick fashion. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Same here, but I reverted to Chrome, now MM + Trezor work fine.

I would do the same, but I can’t :-/ I’m stucked at one place due to quarantine and my seed is at other place. I hope they will fix it asap.

Sad to hear that man… any luck so far? (I’m still on Chrome)

Luckily I found how to show sheed in Metamask so I switched to chrome too. But they should solve it ASAP, otherwise they will lose many users.

I wonder though… since the Ethereum address is from the Trezor and not from the one supplied by Metamask, couldn’t you just create a new Metamask wallet and link it with the old Trezor?
