Can't connect trezor wallet erro: transport is missing

I can’t connect to Trezor wallet from brave wallet settings. At first, it showed that the bridge was missing, so I installed that. But now it just shows that the transport is missing. The funny thing is I am using brave for almost 2 years and I never had any issues connecting with my Trezor wallet.

1- go to brave crypto wallets
2- click on icon on the right of main ethereum network
3- click connect hardware wallet
4- after clicking it redirects https://connect.trezor.io/7/popup.html but nothing happens
5- in the connect hardware wallet of brave it shows the message : transport missing

Every single time I try to connect to the wallet

Version 1.21.74 Chromium: 89.0.4389.72 (Official Build) (x86_64)

If I go directly to the Trezor page I can actually connect with the hardware wallet. So the hardware is not the problem.

I am having exactly the same issue. Have been using trezor model t with brave for sometime now without issues but now cannot use as it will not connect. Tried to uninstall & reinstall brave and now it will not even connect with the wallet

I am running Arch Linux and Brave Version 1.21.76
Facing the exact same issue now. Last time I used Brave’s crypto wallet without issue was roughly 10 days ago.

I installed Metamask from the Chrome Web Store and it works as expected. This is obviously an issue with Brave latest release.
