Description of the issue:
Translation rarely works and is extremely slow when it does
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- Open taobao.com (or any other foreign language site other than English, which is my native language)
- Right-click to translate
- Translation never happens OR when it does, it takes well over 30 seconds

Additional Information:
I have also updated the translate settings and added which languages to translate and this has not rectified the issue.
Please advise what can be done to mitigate this issue. I own an import business and being able to translate webpage and chats with vendors is paramount.
