Very slow translator

Description of the issue:
Brave Browser’s translator is really very slow in translating web pages, sometimes it doesn’t translate at all. The chrome browser doesn’t have this problem, it translates immediately and always.
This problem occurs on both windows and android.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
click with the right mouse button, translate

I totally agree that the translator is too slow. On desktop as well as on Android they should improve the translation a little faster and translate much faster than Chrome. I recently tried vivaldi browser and it uses the same translator as Brave and I saw a big difference that vivaldi translates a little faster than brave. cc:@Mattches
