Description of the issue:
The page translation feature is a welcome one but very unreliable in Brave compared to other browsers (particularly Vivaldi which is also using Lingvanex).
It often takes at least 20-30 seconds to translate a page from Japanese to English and sometimes either only translate a few items, doesn’t translate anything or reverts to Japanese after translating the page for a very brief moment.
This behavior affects both the Desktop (Windows) and Android versions on various websites but seems significantly worse on the latter.

- Open Brave on Desktop or Android
- Make sure the translation feature is activated and set to translate to English
- Open a Japanese website (e.g. https://www.paypay-bank.co.jp/or https://jp.mercari.com/)
- Observe the time it takes for the translator to do its thing
Actual Result:
Page takes a long time (20+ seconds) to translate, or doesn’t translate at all.
Expected result:
Page in Japanese gets translated in less than 5 seconds (ideally no more than 2-3 seconds on average).
