Tor window with independant and harder configuration of the Brave Shield

Hi,

The Tor window needs to be launched with a harder Shield configuration such as script blocking enabled. Indeed, it takes the Shield settings that have been configured for normal Brave windows and disables the extensions.

So my request is to enable script blocking, block all fingerprinting, https on if not enable and why not, block all cookies (knowing that this can prevent some sites from working)

Yes Mattches, why not a different preferences and profiles settings. It should make it.
