Tipping issue using mobile browser

Description of the issue:
Made several tip to my verified creators account using the mobile browser, but tip is not showing up. About 140 BAT is lost. This occurred in mid March 2020, but still have not shown up on either my creators account dashboard nor on uphold.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Create creators account
  2. Have links verified
  3. Tip to verified link using non-grant BAT from android device

Expected result:
Tip should had shown up on the creators dashboard and or deposited into uphold
