Troubleshooting technical issues is much easier when both the user and support agent practice clear communication. For this reason, we have provided the template below for you to fill out with information about your issue. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can most efficiently resolve your problem.

Description of the issue:
Tipping to verified creators on any platform in the mobile browser is completely non-functional
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Create a brave verified youtube channel, twitch channel, twitter account, etc.
  2. Try to send a tip from the mobile browser to any of those channels
  3. Never receive the tip in the Uphold account connected to the brave verified account

Expected result:
I expect the tipping system to actually have the barest functionality possible. As it is now there is no functionality at all

Tips will not be directly deposited (unless it’s direct tip*) to your Uphold account. It’ll be accumulated on your Creator account and then once a month, every 8th, US time zone it’ll be sent from your Creator account to your Uphold account.
