Three months without ads payment - and LOST BATS

the bats won in March disappeared, the bats won in April disappeared and the bats won this month, enough nothing, but i couldn’t relax because i get the waiting for it.

all my bats from March and April disappeared, and this month’s were unpaid.

@steeven you don’t give me a clear answer about this problem.
I already sent all kinds of information.

I’m having a similar issue man, and getting no responses.

No pay in March for one brwoser, partial payment for April for both browsers. It’s a complete mess.

I am also having this same problem. I have used Brave almost exclusively for over two years, I have 123 BAT and am verified with Uphold. I just checked my payment history and realized I haven’t received any new BAT since August of 2020. The estimated rewards will appear, but at the end of the month my BAT doesn’t increase and although I receive ad push notifications, I receive no BAT. Please help! I love Brave and BAT! :pray: :sweat: :sweat:

Yeah, before rewards were reduced I used to make 15 in one month sometimes…I’ve been using it for a while like I said, so it adds up :blush:

I’m in the same boat. The browser is showing me I’ve received zero ads…but that’s not true and if I click on 7-day ad history it shows that I’ve clicked on a handful of them…while at the same time telling me I’ve never seen them.

I’ve seen lots of people saying similar stuff (along with BAT being stuck in wallets, which is also happening to me) and zero response from Support. What a mess.

Even I didn’t receive my payouts and my rewards are also continuously reducing. On May 6 it was around 7USD and now it’s about 5. I was being patient about it but now you guys have started reducing it. This is kinda not done.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
