Testing on my macOS, I’m unable to reproduce this. Selecting Block when prompted by the browser to allow autoplay for the site worked as intended and the video in the link you provided did not play.
On your end, do you see the AP blocked icon in the address bar? Additionally, what’s displayed when you click the “lock” icon?
I don’t see the AP blocked icon in the address bar. I reverted the selection of “block” under the lock icon to try to re-run the prompt flow.
It doesn’t ask me.
But yes, my “lock” icon menu was selected “Block” as in your picture. With block selected, sometimes the video plays, and sometimes it doesn’t. Try manually playing the video… then, refresh the page.
